Reuters with Amplified bring to you the £1.40 event on 11 November at Thomson Reuters.

All proceeds will go to the DEC disaster fund appeal for Indonesia. The minimum fee is £1.40 as promised but we suggest donations of £14.00 or more to make the funds go further. The event will be a mixture of themed talks around the future of news and politics with plenty of opportunities to discuss and develop ideas – and as always we encourage you to document this as much as possible in whatever way works for you - audio, video, photos, tweets, live blogs... Apply as much searchable metadata as you can - tags, geo-info etc - and feel free to share it as widely as possible. The venue at Reuters is perfectly equipped with plasma screens and plenty of space so we should be able to really capture the 3rd voice at this event.
